Kinesiology is a multi-disciplinary approach that takes on a holistic approach by treating the body as a whole. It realigns the whole-body system through self-healing, restoring a well-balanced and pain-free you.
Kinesiologists uses muscle feedback to find imbalances in the body’s system. By correcting these imbalances, we reactivate the body's built in healing ability and identify the external factors affecting our happiness, health and wellbeing. Muscle testing allows the kinesiologist to find the most beneficial technique from a toolbox of structural, biochemical and emotional processes.

How do I know it’s working?
The results of each session varies for everyone and will be dependent on what you are working on. Generally it can help reduce stress and therefore minimize and eliminate illness that arises from it. It can help change patterns and limiting beliefs that may have contributed to the stress or situation that you are in. You may have more energy, clearer thinking as well as a sense of empowerment through an understanding of the issues and stresses.
How will I feel after my session?
Each person’s session and outcome are completely different but generally you will feel calm, relaxed, clear and peaceful. Some people take from hours to days to feel better, others may experience a shift straight away. The work you do in a session will continue to unfold for hours to months afterwards.
What if I have a medical condition or pregnant, is Kinesiology safe?
Kinesiology is completely safe and beneficial even if you’re pregnant. We can modify certain aspects of the balance if you are unable to lie on the treatment table.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions required varies person to person and the reason for the visit. However I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions. Some people have amazing results and need just one consultation, while others need more consultations over a longer time frame.
Chronic conditions or long-standing issues may require more balances at regular, consistent intervals as there can be many layers to an issue, and with each Kinesiology session, we remove one of the layers until we can get to the heart of the problem.
There are also clients who choose to have regular, ongoing kinesiology sessions (every 4-6 weeks) as a way of maintaining long-term health and well-being.
Is it ok to have other treatments while having Kinesiology sessions?
Yes, kinesiology is safe to use in combination with any other medical treatment, therapy or medication. Please let your kinesiologist know in advance what medication you are taking or other treatment or therapies that you are undergoing. Your kinesiologist awareness of your medical history can be beneficial to your session.
How does a Kinesiology session work over Skype?
Skype kinesiology sessions are perfect for busy individuals or those who may be overseas. Experience a session in the comfort of your own home or private space where you will receive the same benefits you would in a face-to-face session. Skype sessions are very similar to an in person session, except I set a clear intention that I am muscle testing on your behalf. I get the same insights as I do in person and still use many of the same tools and processes I would face to face.
